Come sketch at St. Louis Catholic Church in Cathedral City. Frank Sinatra and his rat pack buddies had a huge fundraising event to build the St. Louis Catholic Church, where his mother, Dollie attended church along with several other celebrities. The church's mid-century appeal is famous for the large gold cross and sits between C and D streets in the Cathedral City Cove. The address is 68633 C St, Cathedral City, CA. There is parking nearby. I have not been but it looks like there is a plaza between the church and the church hall that will provide a good vantage point for drawing.
