Moorten’s Botanical Garden makes every list of the best things to do in Palm Springs. Come sketch among the thousands of cacti sourced from all over the world as well as agave, bombax, and South African aloe plants. Draw the plants, the people touring the garden, the structures, and even tortoises. There is a $7 entrance fee. Meet outside the entrance to the garden at 10 AM.

There are some benches and rocks to sit on but a small stool will allow you to choose your spot to draw. There is parking on the street by the entrance to the Garden.
