Sketch at Palm Springs Art Museum Free Sunday

Come sketch at the Palm Springs Art Museum. Every third Sunday the Museum opens its doors for free and offers activities for families. Explore the museum's exhibits or participate in activities. This month there will be activities inspired by the current exhibition, The Female Form, including live figure drawing.

Meet at the right side front entrance door at the top of the steps at Noon. There are indoor and outdoor spaces once you enter the museum with benches available around the museum. You can also step outside to draw the Aluminaire House, the Downtown Park that is home to the Marilyn, Forever statue, and the cityscape along Belardo Road.

The stated rule for drawing within the museum is pencils only, however in the areas where they are offering family events they seem to relax this rule a bit so you may be able to use a pen or markers.
