Sketch in the Little Beverly Hills Neighborhood
Details
Sketch in the Little Beverly Hills Neighborhood in Palm Springs. This is one of the smallest complete modernist neighborhoods in Southern California with homes having been built between 1957 and 1958 by developers such as George Alexander, Jack Meiselman and architects William Krisel, Richard Leitch, and Hugh Kaptur. This neighborhood borders Prescott Preserve so you can also sketch views across the desert and views of Murray Peak and San Jacinto. You will need a stool to sit on. Meet at the corner of Sunny Dunes and Compadre at 9:30. There is street parking. Enter Sunny Dunes from El Cielo or enter Compadre Road from Ramon. Note the 9:30 start time to beat the heat.
