How to Get Started on a Civic Tech Project

Civic technology is a rich environment to work on projects with a real impact. But how do you get started? Join us for this informal panel of Houston’s best civic tech project leaders who will share their stories and projects. Presented by AT&T and Sketch City.

Speakers include the bright minds behind Johns Beware (a text analysis of human trafficking demand in Houston), Kuukibot (a twitterbot that tweets air quality warnings in Houston), and many others.

This informal discussion will also include ways that you can come up with and execute new civic tech ideas.
