Join us for our next Milwaukee Sketching Social, an informal gathering for anyone who enjoys drawing or wants to get back into a creative habit. Whether you are a seasoned artist or someone who hasn't picked up a pencil in years, this is a space to work on your own projects alongside others in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. We do not have a formal instructor or structured lessons, but we do provide a supportive community of local people who appreciate the act of putting marks on paper.
We usually set up at a local cafe or public space where we can grab a drink, find a comfortable spot, and settle in for a few hours of sketching. It is a great way to disconnect from screens, meet some friendly neighbors, and get some dedicated time for your sketchbook. Feel free to bring whatever supplies you prefer, whether that is a simple graphite pencil, a set of watercolors, or a digital tablet.
