Elgin Sketching Sessions Open Creative Circle
Details
The Elgin Sketching Sessions are a space for anyone who wants to spend a few hours focusing on their sketchbook in the company of others. Whether you are a professional artist, a hobbyist, or someone just looking to get back into drawing, this is a low-pressure environment to work on your own projects. There is no formal instruction or planned lesson, just a shared table and some quiet time to focus on our respective practices.
We meet to keep each other motivated and to enjoy a bit of creative community during the week. Feel free to bring whatever supplies you prefer, whether that is a simple pencil and paper or a full watercolor set. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed and supportive, so please come as you are and work at your own pace. If you have been meaning to dedicate more time to your sketching but find it hard to start at home, we would love to have you join us. Please RSVP if you can make it so we have a sense of how many people to expect.
