About us
Welcome to Sketchy SL,UT -- for all those Utahns who can't get enough of their sketchbook!
We're artists of all skill levels looking to share our interest with others, grow our skills, share tips and techniques, and just build a sweet little community of passionate artists.
We'll have a nice mix of paid events and free events, from 'draw what you see' nights to art fundamental nights and random 'draw and hang' potlucks! We'll also be going to a few cool places to draw like the aviary, the aquarium, museums, hiking, etc.
LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY -- Emphasis on TRANS FRIENDLY! This is no place for hate, and if you can't be a decent ally to ALL members of our LGBTQ+ family, this likely isn't the group for you.
This group also supports BIPOC and heavily supports immigrants! NO ICE.
