SCWDC "No Frills" day trip to Liberty

Looking for someone to ski with? Come join some SCWDC members for a "no-frills" day of skiing at Liberty (http://www.libertymountainresort.com/). You provide the lift ticket, transportation, and rentals (if necessary). We provide the company and social atmosphere. We'll be meeting at the East KISS&RIDE lot of the Shady Grove Metro (closest to I-370) at 8:30 AM (Our meeting location (http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF&msa=0&msid=114585637067823030237.00047e267504f1acf732a)). Shady Grove Metro is confusing so please click the link and view the lot we met in. (If you would have to walk down to enter into the metro tunnel then you are on the wrong side) From there I will hand out orange tape so we can identify ourselves on the mountain and then form carpools, head to the mountain around 9:00am, group up by skill level, and go ski.

If you want to head to the Mountain early, I totally understand, or if you get separated from the group during the day, I will be headed into the lodge around 12:30 for lunch. I will have a bright orange strap attached to my helmet and will be wearing a red jacket (very similar to the one in my picture, and by very similar I mean that exact jacket).

Following the day's skiing (around 5 PM) we will head to the bar (located near the ticket counter, you will see it before you leave and get past the ticket counter) after an adult beverage or two, and some general socializing.
