Membership Drive Picnic at Wekiva Island in Longwood - Orlando Ski & Travel Club

GREAT OUTDOOR EVENT/PICNIC- Our club loves to welcome new people (learn more about the $250 incentive below)

Get ready for a fun Sunday morning and afternoon with fellow Orlando Ski and Travel Club members at Wekiva Island. We have a Private area/ Cabana rented for our group located right downstream from the Springs on the Wekiva River. You may swim, drink, use/rent kayaks or canoes and of course Socialize and eat! Everyone attending is eligible and encouraged to compete in our 3rd Annual Club Corn Hole tournament! Prizes awarded :)

BONUS: 1 Drink Ticket offered for all current club members and 1 drink for new member sign-ups! First opportunity at this event to preview our highly anticipated ski and adventure trips for 2026 - 2027. Some trips will have limited space available so remember to sign up for your desired trip/trips as soon as they are released for sign up on our website (OrlandoSkiandTravelClub.com). Look for that ski trip launch email in May/June!

BBQ Lunch starting around 11:30 until it's gone. Invite your friends, co-workers and family members for a double bonus!

Promotion dates: 5/17/26 through 6/30/26. If you are a current paid member and your guest attends this event on 5/17/26, signs up and pays for a new club membership by 5/18/26, both you and your guest will receive a $50 discount off your next 2026-2027 club trip! (i.e.; only applicable per membership - Individual, Associate and Family Membership count as 1 membership)

• Also, if your guest signs up for a 2026-2027 trip by 6/30/26 the current member receives an additional $200 discount towards their own new trip sign-up and any new club member signing up for a trip for the 1st time by 6/30/26 will receive a special $200 in addition to any trips with available $100 early bird discounts for a grand total of $300!! (i.e.; only applicable per membership - Individual, Associate and Family Membership count as 1 membership)
  -Current members who have joined the Orlando Ski and Travel Club but have never traveled with the club can also take advantage of the $200 additional discount by signing up for a trip by 6/30/26.

Rain or Shine as we have a large covered building with patio and a covered cabana reserved for our group. Important, Wekiva Island is open to the public so ARRIVE EARLY! (before 10:00 am or most likely you won't be able to get in, they will turn you around at the gate and send you packing) as Wekiva Island parking and capacity is limited. Note: Parking is VERY limited at Wekiva Island, so plan to arrive early before 10 am and carpool if you can. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited but can be purchased from the onsite Tooting Otter Bar (Beer and Wine).
