Meet the Hosts – Likhesh Bramhanwade & Ruchika Saluja

Likhesh is an Engineering Leader at Amazon with extensive experience leading software engineering teams, hiring and evaluating talent, and delivering large-scale technology solutions. He brings a practical interviewer’s perspective on what organizations look for beyond technical skills, including leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, ownership, and measurable impact.

Ruchika is a Senior Technical Product Manager with experience building scalable platform and enterprise products that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Her work spans complex e-commerce and enterprise challenges across the customer purchase journey, payments, invoicing, procurement integrations, and large-scale platform ecosystems. She combines customer insights, data-driven strategies, and AI/ML-driven solutions to build products that deliver measurable business outcomes.
