Cloud technology is modernising the world, allowing organisations to move faster and deploy value more than ever before. But not everyone can quickly change technology or do a ground-up rewrite to make the most of them.
Despite this you can still get started with cloud-native technologies in a meaningful way that will help you deploy faster and more reliably, and hit the targets that a DevOps approach promises.
Matt'll talk about common challenges in organisations who want to change velocity, why they might work against you and how to counter them. Also, how technologies such as Serverless and Kubernetes can be introduced gently into an organisation that may not be willing to live on the cutting edge, and how this will help you release quality software all of the time.
