Yoga & Art Gathering

Join us for a relaxed session combining gentle movement and creativity.

We’ll start with slow standing stretches and mindful movement to release tension and awaken the body. The sequence is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels.

After the yoga, we’ll shift into a creative art moment inspired by a simple theme. This is not about being “good at art” — it’s about relaxing, exploring colors, and enjoying a mindful creative space together.

🎨 Please bring:
• a sketchpad
• color pens or pencils
• yoga mat and comfortable clothes

📍 in person (outdoor yoga and sketching)
