Join us for the first-ever community fly-in with the SLC Beehive UAV/Drone Collective — Salt Lake City’s new hive for drone hobbyists, FPV pilots, UAV pros, and anyone curious about drones.

From first flights to advanced missions, this hive is open to every pilot, every skill level.

📍 What’s happening:

• Safe open fly zone at Liberty Park — bring your drone or just come watch!
• FPV demos & gear tips
• Quick Q&A on mapping, inspections, and FPV builds
• Connect with local pilots & aerial pros
• Learn about upcoming workshops, STEM outreach, and future projects
• Light snacks, shade, and good people to fly with

🗺️ Where: Liberty Park, Salt Lake City (meet near the big open field on the east side — look for our small HiFLY flag!)
📅 When: Saturday, August 17, 2025
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM (morning flying = cooler temps, calmer air)
💲 Cost: Free — all are welcome!

• Hat, sunscreen, water
• AMA or Part 107 ID if you have it
