Hallo alles!

Thanks to everyone who came out to Döner & Company, last week. That was quite fun and tasty. I'm sure I'll schedule another event there in July. Meanwhile, it's been about 2 months since we met at Woodbine Food Hall, and it always works well as a venue. (Although, it's getting more popular and the noise level can be more of an issue than in the past).

If you're not familiar, Woodbine is a long narrow refurbished warehouse building with small food restaurants on each side. As a food hall, it's sort of a testing ground for new restaurants, which means there are several tasty options to try out each time. There is no obligation to buy anything and there are no waiters who want to get another party seated in your spot. It's quite casual.

To get to Woodbine: If you're driving on I-15. Take the 600 South exit, then turn right at the first intersection (400 West), then right again at the next intersection (700 South), and it will be on your left in about 1 and 1/2 blocks.

Parking is free and usually abundant in the area after 5:00, however, if there is an event happening in the area, street parking can be scarce. There is a parking lot behind Woodbine that you can access from 800 South, and more parking along that street.

Anyone with any level of fluency is welcome to attend. There is no agenda or start time, so arrive whenever you can. Guests are also welcome. It's open to anyone, but speaking in German as much as possible is encouraged. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me or post a comment below.

Bis dann!
