These experiences can open us to deep wisdom, beauty, and truth - but the real work begins afterward, in the hectic unfolding of daily life.
What happens when you take your new wisdom into the same job, the same family dynamics, the same systems, the same life? How do you become the "new you" when all those existing constructs want to pull you back into old ways of being that no longer serve you?
Integration is about turning those fleeting "aha" moments or "downloads" into real, lasting change. Group integration circles can help you find the meaning in your experience, feel supported as you navigate big emotions or big changes, and, most importantly, heal in community with others who are on the same path.

Tiffany Forsyth is an Integration Coach, certified through Integral Coaching Canada and The Condor Approach. Her approach draws from mindfulness, shadow work, archetypes, depth psychology, somatic awareness, and a variety of spiritual traditions. She is inspired by teachers such as Alan Watts, Pema Chödrön, Joseph Campbell, Adyashanti, Ken Wilber, and others who speak to the challenges and complexity of being human.
