Monday Evening Integration Circle

Details
What to expect
All events are drug and alcohol free. Please plan to attend sober and ready to be fully present with the group.
We'll start the group with a gentle breathing exercise to help us settle in and open the circle.
We'll go over some agreements regarding safety, confidentiality, etc., then go around the circle for some introductions. Please plan to tell us your name and a sentence or two about what brought you to the circle.
I'll offer a few thoughts about integration to set the tone and stir some reflections, then we'll open the circle for sharing. I’m pretty organic when facilitating groups, allowing the needs of the individuals within the group to inform the flow. Generally, I encourage an open, informal style that feels conversational and allows people to determine how much or how little they want to share but also ensures everyone gets a chance to talk if they want to.
We'll end with a gentle grounding and releasing exercise to close the circle.

Zoom etiquette
IMPORTANT: Please join the call on time. If you arrive after the group agreements and introductions have been made and people have started sharing, I may need to keep you in the waiting room until there is a good stopping point in the discussion. Once I find a good time to let you in, we'll go over the agreements with you and have you introduce yourself before proceeding. This is do-able in an emergency but kind of disruptive so please do your very best to be on time.
Please take the call in a quiet, private spot where you won't be interrupted.
Please plan to have your camera on during the call. Seeing everyone's faces helps foster a sense of safety and connection within the group, plus it helps me better gauge what the group needs. If there's a reason you can't have your camera on, please let me know.
I also encourage you to have some water, something to write with, and perhaps some tissues handy during the call.
