Full Moon Grief Circle
Details
Grief can often spike during the holidays, but it can also be an extra hard time to sit with it; so much to do, so many expectations.
If you're feeling that heaviness as we move into winter, join us in a safe, supportive circle for anyone carrying a loss, big or small.
We’ll keep the structure similar to a sharing or integration circle. Everyone who wants to speak will have time to do so, and everyone else will witness without interruption or advice. This is a place for authenticity, respect, and real human presence.
Because this circle falls on a Full Moon, we’ll add a couple of light ritual elements. You're welcome to bring a small item that symbolizes your grief...a token, a note, a picture...to add to our group altar for the evening.
Also, each person will be given a small cup of blessed water. When you share, you’ll hold your cup; when you’re done, you’ll pour it into a shared bowl. At the end of the night, we’ll return the water to the earth. It’s a simple way to mark what we’ve carried and what we’re ready to release.
This is a space for people who aren't really into "woo" but are open to a little magic around connection, grounding, and creating a little more breathing room around their grief.
All are welcome. Bring your whole self, and whatever you’re carrying.
