Donation Drive & Movie Screening of "Out Cry"

Green Wave Utah is thrilled to announce a FREE screening of OUTCRY: Alchemists of Rage, in partnership with @utahprogressivecaucus and @tenilletaggart

Following the screening, we’ll have a light discussion facilitated by Green Wave’s Event Lead, Dani Darrant (she/her), along with time to connect with the organizations and community partners who have come together to support this event - including time to check your voter registration!

Bring yourself, bring a friend, and bring a donation for the Geraldine King Homeless Shelter - see list of suggested items below.

We’re looking forward to this opportunity to gather in community, experience this powerful film, and explore how collective action can lead to positive change. We hope it also serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of making your voice heard - and making sure you and your friends remember to vote!

Many women stay at shelters due to abuse, domestic violence, and they often flee with just the clothes on their backs. They also often take their pets with them, so we have donation requests for them too.
