Welcome one and all seeking relief from tight muscles and stiff bodies Assisted stretching involves a trained practitioner stretching your body for you- at a dedicated facility or at your home or work or even outdoors. The stretches are done both manually and using specialty equipment. Stretching programs are tailored to individuals and their goals, and may involve weekly or monthly visits as needed. Stretching fits into fitness and wellness similar to massage, physical therapy, yoga, acupuncture, qigong , tai chi and chiropractic. Meetups will combine relaxing self stretching and assisted stretching by a trained practitioner with 30 years experience.
