World Tai Chi Day 2023

World Tai Chi Day 2023 will still be on April 29th starting at 9:30 am!

This event is hosted by our parent instructor school, Master Lu’s Health Center, in coordination with the Understanding Us organization.

It will be a great event to promote the health and healing benefits of tai chi and qi gong.
