Welcome to SLC Tech Startups!
We are .... a networking group for anyone that loves innovation, software, technology and startups. It's a group for tech entrepreneurs, web / software developers, engineers, innovators, business folks, investors, geeks, nerds, dorks, and friends to get to know one another and to support the development of new startups in SLC.
Our mission .... is to support the technology startup community in Salt Lake City. We are building a group for folks that want to get involved with tech startups to connect and help each other with ideas.
Our events ... are made up of different formats. Currently, we have one informal, monthly Get-Together or Happy Hour in downtown SLC for folks to get to know the group better over snacks and drinks. In the next couple of weeks we will be introducing more educational / collaborative style events to cover topics in technology, software and entrepreneurship. Stay tuned for news on Hackathons, Pitchathons, Geek Field Trips, Fundraisers, Co-Founder Speed Dating, guest speakers, demos and educational sessions!

We have decided to join SlopesSLC for their Summer Social on Wednesday, June 25.
Traditionally, the 3rd Thursday was SLC Tech Startups' monthly hangout for years, hosted by Erin Valenti (unfortunately deceased). Her legacy should live on! (For those who have already RSVP'd, I hope this won't cause any issues.)
So, this June, please join us on Wednesday, June 25, at Gracies. We will resume on the 3rd Thursday of July at 6.
