Fall'stralian Open (Doubles Tourney)

Crikey Mate! No more muckin' around, outdoor tennis season is almost over. No worries Blokes & Sheilas, more tennis is here in the form of The Fall'stralian Open. It's the last Meetup Major Slam title of 2016.

Whose doubles skills were honed the most this summer and will permit them to walk away with the Fall'stralian Open Doubles crown?

We are taking up to eight teams. If you already have a partner, please let us know who it is in the comments. This will be a single-elimination competitive tourney. Due to time considerations we will play one 8 game Pro Set (https://www.google.com/#q=pro+set+tennis) per round (first team to eight games - normal tiebreak at 8 games each) . The championship match will be best 2 of 3 matches normal scoring.

There will be prizes and fun for all thanks in part to our sponsors: Iceberg Drive Inn and Utah Tennis Association.

Unless a "dingo's got your baby," come out and play in the Fall'stralian Open this weekend. (Usually we like to run our Major Tourney's alongside the Tour's Majors. However, since the Australian Open is in January (http://event.ausopen.com/event-guide/maps) and weather in Utah isn't so great then, we've created The Fall'stralian Open in November as the last major of the season. Cross your fingers the weather stays good.)
