Hike@ Coast View Trail > Pantoll via Dipsea (9mi/1900' gain)

Join us for a moderate>strenuous hike near Mt. Tam. The route will start from the parking lot along Hwy 1 (en route to Stinson Beach), taking the Coast View Trail uphill, very left and heading DOWN Dipsea, then making a right at Steep Ravine making the ascent to Pantoll. From there, back down Coast View to the origin. The route is about 9 miles and total elevation gain around 1900'. With minimal stops, we should complete the hike in about 4 hours. Meet at the lot at 10am and start moving around 10:15.

Sun protection is a must as about 40% of the trail is exposed. See maps below.
