We're blending this ancient practice with music, exploring how sound might enhance your skills on a subconscious level. slings and clay projectiles supplied, so just bring yourself . No experience is needed. Due to the open nature of the area, the meeting point may not be exactly be the same place where we practice, but we'll find a nice, open space on the beach.
