SlingShot Ramblers Club

This is a SlingShot Rambling Session or an Introduction to Zen and the Art of SlingShot Rambling.

We will meet at the Locust Beach Parking area where you will be strongly encouraged to leave phones and gadgets safely locked away in your vehicle. I will be shooting photos and videos so your phone is redundant and will be frowned upon.

Then We will ramble down the hill, along a narrow and steep pathway to a secluded beach, where we will ramble some more until we've reached the perfect spot to safely shoot our slingshots.

(*Warning! There are NO Public Restrooms at this location and the Pathway is STEEP and NARROW)

Attendees will then have a step by step lesson on how to safely shoot Clay Ball Ammo with a Traditional Slingshot. (Slingshots, Safety Glasses, and Clay Ball Ammo will be provided) We will discuss how to hold a Slingshot properly, how to pinch, draw, and release the shot. Most importantly, Attendees will learn how to aim a Slingshot.

We may also discuss how the Ancient Arts of Marksmanship directly connect us with a Devine Masculine birthright 100,000+ years in the making. What is Instinctual Aiming? Why are shooting sports good for you mentally? Why is shooting stuff so much fun; stuff like that...

We will NOT discuss Politics.

We will then ramble our way back to the car park, picking up loose litter along the way. Rinse and repeat as often as you'd like.

This Slingshot Rambling Session will follow ALL local laws and WE will be shooting ONLY Clay Ball Ammo which is a non-lethal Slingshot Ammo used for target practice. NO METAL SHOT ALLOWED! Under 18 must be accompanied by legal parent or guardian.
