Trivia Night at Oak and Otter Brewing in SLO

Details
Let's get back to our roots this week with a little Study Hall at Oak and Otter. I'm guessing we won't have much competition on this 4th of July week!
I'll likely have dinner at Brooks Burgers at 5:30. Let me know if you want to join me.
What: "Study Hall with Mr. Perez" is general trivia hosted by Ryan Perez, a seasoned trivia master. Categories are broad and can include everything from current events to TV, movies, and music, to history.
Where: Look for our table inside with the name "Jeff"
When: Trivia starts at 6:30. Get there early to grab a drink and snack at the bar.
No experience required to participate. Don't worry about what you don't know--everyone has something to contribute!
Teams are 6 players max, but don't be shy about joining the waitlist in the likely case a spot opens up!
Oak and Otter has a nice menu with something for everyone, including vegetarian options. Menu: https://www.oakandotterbrewing.com/kitchenmenu
How Trivia Works:
In bar trivia, teams compete to answer the most questions correctly. Trivia games are typically divided into multiple rounds (for example, 4 rounds of 10 questions each).
Each round focuses on different topics, like history, movies, or music. After the quizmaster asks a question, we decide as a team on the best answer and write it down on the sheet provided (we will appoint a person to write down answers to make things easier).
After each round, we exchange our answer sheet with another team or give it to the quizmaster for scoring. The team that racks up the most points at the end of the game wins. Some bars/trivia masters offer prizes like gift cards as an additional incentive.
That’s it—simple process, tons of fun!
