What we’re about
Make new friends and meet some interesting ladies at this new brunch club for SLO women (sorry guys!). Our ages will generally be 30's to 50's, but 60+ are welcome! Must be over 21. Let's get together one or two Sundays a month to stuff ourselves and have great conversation! We'll pick restaurants along the coast from Cambria to Pismo Beach. We can also opt to have a brunch at one of our homes. For safety and security, we will limit those brunches to active members. Also, we request that all members upload a current picture to their profile. Occasionally, we will have a non-brunch event.
We currently have a limit of 500 members, and we do not charge a membership fee. While it is free to be a member of the SLO Ladies Brunch Club, there is a monthly cost for the organizers. To help defray this cost, we may charge a nominal (typically $3 - $5) fee to RSVP/attend the meetup. We may switch from RSVP fee to membership fee in the future. We also accept donations.
Please follow our RSVP Rules: If you RSVP "yes" for an event, it is important that you attend. Since most of our events require making reservations at restaurants, we need to let them know the exact number of diners. Also, we discourage members from holding a spot just in case they might want to go. That keeps others, who would go, from getting a spot. While there are waitlists, they just don't work well on meetup.com. So, don't RSVP "yes", unless you're really going to go. With that in mind, cancellations within 24 hours of the event are considered a "no-show". If you have too many no-shows, your membership in the group will be terminated.

Dinner at Granada Bistro in SLO
Granada Hotel & Bistro, 1130 Morro Street, San Luis Obispo, CA, USHi Everyone,
Please join me for dinner that promises to delicious and slightly extravagant, but definitely worth every penny! Granada Bistro is a bit pricey - but think of it as an investment in happiness and friendship!Granada Bistro is located in a historic building in downtown SLO and has a chic vibe that's elegant, but still casual. They serve seasonal, farm-to-table fare, sourcing local ingredients from the Central Coast region. Here is a link to their menu: https://static1.squarespace.com/static/67880d56de4d8941a0ff93ad/t/690b908b818cd36e19ffc813/1762365579557/Dinner.pdf
We'll be eating inside, since my weather app calls for possible rain that night. Parking on the street will be tough since it's a Friday night, but there's a parking garage nearby. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can be seated together.
As always, bring cash or be prepared to use Venmo or PayPal since most restaurants won't split a bill for 8 people on a Friday night.
Please only RSVP if you're sure you can make it, and keep your RSVP updated. I had to give them my credit card to reserve the table and no shows are charged $25/person, so please be considerate with your RSVP. Thank you!
I look forward to seeing you there!
