Sunday Sketchin' - SLO Public Market
Details
Let's get our Sunday sketch on! - With rain (again) in the horizon, let's head indoors and sketch+imbibe at the SLO public market. With several top notch food and beverage vendors and plenty of seating options to choose from - and even up on the second floor balcony - there should be plenty of cool buildings, decor, and people to sketch.
We'll meet inside the market near the bar by the main doors.

Fine Print:
As usual, we'll do a quick 'meet n greet' to get to know each other (if you're new or catch or for the regulars) before getting started. We typically get two 45 min sketch sessions in - leaving us time in between and at the end to share as a group what you created and any details related to your unique process.
Things to consider before joining session:
- Skill level: All ages and abilities welcome. No sketching experience needed. This is a non-judgemental supportive environment that encourages you to express yourself however you want.
- Supplies: Be sure to bring a sketchbook and something to draw with. If you have those little 'alligator' binder clips, they help keep the pages blowing over in the wind.
- Sitting: We prioritize places with plenty of open seating but sometimes we sit wherever we can. If you have a folding chair or stool you'd like to bring you're more than welcome to. If you have any mobility considerations please let me know so we can factor that into the route/destination.
- Weather: Weather in SLO can change at the last min. Bring sunscreen, hat, or jacket as you see fit for protection from the elements.
- Photography: Session photos do get posted to the group event page after each session so please let us know if you don't want yourself or your art shared and we'll make sure to respect your request.
- Questions & RSVP: Reach out so I can answer them. If you can't make it, be sure to update your reservation in advance so I have a good idea of final head count for planning purposes. This group works best between 5 and 15 people so I may limit the number of attendees depending on the location.
