July's Run!

Looking to create community through running, wellness, and local beer. We meet in the parking lot of Edgewater Public Market just before 5:30 pm to warm up. We head out at 5:30 pm and run around Sloans Lake. We run approximately 3 miles at each event. There are runners of every level and pace, and all are welcome. Once we finish the run we typically head to Barquentine Brewery for post-run beverages and laughs. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly.
