Greetings SLO Hiking Tribe!
We're hiking the M Trail Loop again! We've got Andrew from FLOW Wellness with a Shaolin Qigong practice he will be sharing.
- We're meeting at the Lemon Grove Loop trailhead
(By HWY 101 parking lot) - 2.5 miles loop trail. Elevation gain 580 ft.
- Dogs on leash allowed
- Hiker's Tip: Watch out for poison oak!
- Donation optional $5+
