Ljubljana Golang Meetup: Revival

After a year of hibernation, we are back! This time in collaboration with the new meet-up intended for people interested in back-end development: https://www.meetup.com/Backend-developers-of-Ljubljana/.

Title: Real-time Event Streaming at Scale
Description: A short overview of data pipelines used by data science team at Zemanta. The focus will be on real-time event streaming with Kafka and Go for cost-per-click optimization.

Jure Malovrh, Celtra
Title: Real-time Retargeting Platform
Description: We will begin with a brief overview of retargeting platforms in general. After that will focus on a Scala/Kinesis service that takes care of realtime data processing. What did we learn implementing it? What was good, what was bad?
