Sauntering the San Diego River Trail from Fashion Valley

Let's walk the San Diego River Trail in Mission Valley. We'll start at the Fashion Valley Transit Center on the north side of the river. We'll walk east and immediately cross the river at Avenida Del Rio, still at Fashion Valley mall. We'll pick up the trail on the south bank and follow it until Qualcomm Way, where we'll cross the river back to the north bank and walk west back to the Fashion Valley Transit Center. Expect to walk about 4 miles for around an hour on paved pathways. Views of the river all along the way.
