Waterfall Hike + Brewery Lunch

Who doesn't love a waterfall hike? This one is supposed to deliver with four of them. Off the bat - this will be an early day with a long drive. Parking gets crowded around 9am so aim to be there a little prior. After our hike, we'll meet at Trailside Brewing in Hendersonville for lunch before heading back to Charlotte.

AllTrails lists as moderate-easy, with some steep sections to add to 826ft in total elevation. 5.9 miles roundtrip.

Getting there: We will meet at the trailhead at Hooker Falls Access Area, Parking lot, Dupont state forest, Hendersonville, NC 28739. Happy to help carpool (I'm in South End) as this is a popular trail with a long drive.

Suggestions on what to bring: Water, supportive shoes that can handle rocky terrain, bug spray, UV protection

Weather plan: Will hike in all weather except heavy rain, so I'll check in a couple days before and decide if we need to change the date.
