Hummingbird Plume Lookout - T2- Slow pace

Details
This is mostly a walk in the forest following 4m wide ski trails to an historic lookout atop Hummingbird Plume Hill. We will have reservations for lunch at the bench at the top of the hill :) Views from the top are breathtaking and worth all the effort to get there.
Distnce: ~13km return
Elevation gain: ~400m
Event Pace: SLOW with plenty of rest stops for delayering, water, snacks, pictures or just to catch our breaths. Journey is as important as destination, so we won’t be rushing. You must stay with the group for the duration of the entire hike and allow slower members to catch up.
Max 10 hikers
No dogs, no children, no guests
Time: We are out for the day
A waiting list has automatically been created to determine this trip suitability for you as a potential participant and it's not first come, first serve, but it’s based on the ability to fit into group dynamics and it's up to the organizer’s discretion. You must meet all the prerequisites and answer RSVP questions to be eligible to attend this trip. If the organizer deems it necessary to obtain additional information from you, please provide it, otherwise, you will remain on the waiting list. If you are double booked for this day, you will be automatically moved to "not going" list. Preferences will be given to members with good attendance history (no "no-shows").
Please don't sign up for this event if you rated yourself ADVANCED OR HIGHER (D or E) on your profile. I’m finding that having people with different levels of ability creates stress for both sides and reduces pleasant hiking experience.
This hike is weather dependent, please check in the morning of the event to make sure it’s not cancelled due to poor weather.
