Looking for a relaxed, welcoming run club where you don’t need to be fast to belong?
Slow & Steady Run Club is a beginner-friendly, pace-positive running group focused on community, consistency, and enjoying the run — not chasing PBs.
This run is ideal for anyone running at around 7:00+/km, those returning to running, or anyone who prefers a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Walk breaks are completely welcome.
What to expect
🐢 Easy, conversational pace (7:00+/km and slower)
🏃 Flat, mostly out-and-back waterfront route (~5km)
↩️ Turn around anytime for a shorter run
👋 Brief intro + route overview before we start
🍻 Optional post-run social drink nearby
