Join us for an intimate evening of yin yoga and mediumship designed to calm the nervous system and open space for deeper connection.
Through long-held, supported poses, you’ll be guided into deep rest, allowing the body to release and the mind to quiet. From this grounded place, we move into mediumship, where messages from loved ones and ancestors may come through.

This experience is open to anyone, whether you're new to yoga or simply feeling called to slow down, rest, and receive.

### How the evening will flow:
We’ll begin with a guided yin yoga practice, where everyone will settle into supported poses for deep rest and nervous system regulation.
After the first portion of the practice, Ash will gently invite participants one at a time for a private 15 minute mediumship reading. Once your session is complete, you’ll return to the room and continue resting in yin poses.
While one person is receiving their reading, the rest of the group remains in a calm, supported yin practice, allowing the space to stay quiet, grounded, and deeply restorative throughout.
