Welcome to the Slow Girls Run Club 🏃♀️✨!
This group is for ladies who love the feeling of a good run but prefer a more leisurely pace (i.e., between 7 - 8 km/h). I am training for my first half marathon in April so I am looking for company on my longer runs (i.e., varying from 7 to 15K) on Sundays.
If you're a slow runner like me, I'd be happy to meet you for some fun, friendly, and non-competitive running adventures! We will meet regularly to explore different running routes, support each other's goals, and enjoy the benefits of running at a slower, more relaxed pace.
