What we’re about

Slow Progress Club is a gentle, supportive community for people who want to grow without burning out. It offers an alternative to hustle culture, focusing on sustainable progress, self-trust, and doing things at your own pace.

The group is especially welcoming to neurodivergent people (including ADHD), though a diagnosis isn’t required. It’s for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of constant pressure to be productive.

Events are low-pressure and ADHD-friendly, including casual chats, gentle co-working, journaling, reflection, quiet walks, and peer support. You’re welcome to show up as you are, no pressure, no perfection.
