We have a collection of more than 20 different extraction methods (like the Flair, Phin, Mizudashi, RapidBrewer, Hoop, V60, Chemex, Aeropress, Syphon, etc.) and over 20 distinct beans from Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
• Deep Dive: We don't just brew; we analyze. We even have a microscope to compare roast levels and grind sizes, turning our gatherings into fun, educational sessions.
• Community Building: Our main goal is to connect coffee lovers, baristas, roasters, and newcomers. It's a place where we all learn from each other.
• Exotic Bean Cooperation: We plan to pool resources to purchase truly rare and exotic coffees, like organic Kopi Luwak, for unique shared tasting experiences.
