What we’re about
This is a supportive online space for women living with chronic illness who are ready to approach wellness on their own terms—slowly, gently, and with strength.
Whether you’re navigating cancer, MS, autoimmune conditions, or another long-term diagnosis, this group is here to help you feel less alone and more grounded in the day-to-day.
We’ll meet once a month to talk about real-life wellness: fatigue, food, movement, identity, guilt, rest, and routines that work with your body—not against it. Each session blends evidence-based insight, lived experience, and space for honest connection.
I’m Ingrid, a National Board Certified Health Coach living with MS myself. I created this group because I believe in the power of small shifts, shared stories, and rebuilding at a sustainable pace.
Come as you are. Pajamas, brain fog, and bad days welcome. You don’t have to do this alone.

Slow and Strong: Life with a Chronic Illness
Location not specified yetLet’s get together virtually and explore what it really means to live “slow and strong” when your body, energy, or symptoms are unpredictable?
In this session, we’ll meet each other, share why we’re here, and explore the meaning behind the name of this space.
We’ll talk about:
- What “slow” means to us (and why it’s not weakness)
- What it means to be “strong” in a body that’s changing
- Some of the challenges we face living with a chronic illness
- What kind of support or rhythm we wish we had
I’ll open with a short reflection from my own experience (I’ve lived with MS for almost 15 years), and then we’ll open the circle for gentle sharing and connection.
There’s no pressure to talk. Cameras on or off. You’re welcome just as you are. Partners welcome!
