Autumn Trees and Crunchy Leaves Slow Walk

Thursday might be the warmest day we have for many weeks! Let's not waste it!

We'll start at the little park just east of the Montrose Blue Line stop. We'll meander north to Kostner Ave, and enjoy big trees holding on to the last of their Autumn glory.
That brings us to the west end of Gompers Park where we can pick up the North Branch Bike Trail at mile 0. There's an easy woodland path in the Forest Preserve.

At noon, we'll loop back to our starting point.
