Since it's a free day, each person can enter when they get there - at Michigan Ave entrance. (You need an ID to show you are an Illinois resident.) The group will gather on the bench near the gift shop.

At 1:00 there is a tour that features different pieces throughout the museum - it changes every time. It's a great add-on, if you still have "museum energy" after the other exhibits.
