Water Taxi to Ping Tom Park & Lunch in Chinatown

The Water Taxi from Michigan Ave to Chinatown will bring us right to Ping Tom Park! Then we can walk 10-15 min over to Chinatown for lunch.
We can return by the Red Line or Water Taxi back to downtown.

We will meet at the Ghirardelli ice cream & chocolate place in the Wrigley Building. Then we will walk around to the back of the building to the ticket office and dock for the Water Taxi.
[PLEASE NOTE: This is a different spot than the Wendella cruise ticket booth - don't buy tickets there!]

Departures are every 35 minutes and
there are no reservations, so we must allow time to get our tickets and get in line. If you are running late (please don't), go directly to the ticket booth.

Tickets are 10 ONE WAY, but senior tickets are 5.
So round trip will cost 20 or 10. Senior tickets MUST be purchased at the Michigan Ave ticket booth, not online, nor at Ping Tom Park.
The alternative way back is the Red Line (10 to 15 ride from Chinatown). If you decide to do this, your Water Taxi ticket will be good for another date.

The Water Taxi trip takes 35 minutes: departs at 11:05am and arrives at 11:40,

The 1:25pm return Water Taxi will get us back to Michigan Ave at 2:00. There are later departures if we decide to window shop.
