This all levels class is for every body! Whether you have done yoga for a while or are brand new to your practice, come join us in a supportive environment to move and breathe at your own pace and most importantly, HAVE FUN! Class includes:
-Preparatory Mobility: Gentle sequences to increase joint flexibility and ease of movement to prepare for key poses in class
-Balance: Poses that help improve stability and coordination in a safe supportive environment.
-Foundational Poses: Learn and revisit key yoga postures with attention to alignment and breath.
-Restorative Elements: End with calming stretches and relaxation techniques to restore energy and reduce stress.
Bring your mat, a water bottle, blocks/blanket/any additional props you would like and we'll take care of the rest!
