Small Business Success Mastermind is a free, upbeat space where entrepreneurs brainstorm, trade expertise and celebrate wins—always from a “How can we make this work?” mindset. Expect rapid‑fire problem‑solving, mutual accountability and zero sales pitches.
Event Description
Join us for a focused 60‑minute session each week. After a round of quick wins, we break into pods of 2–4 owners so everyone gets personalised feedback on their top challenge. Bring one clear question and be ready to lend your know‑how. You’ll leave with fresh ideas, concrete next steps and a supportive network that keeps you moving forward.

* Entrepreneurs and small‑business owners (≤ 50 employees) * Open to all industries and experience levels * Committed to constructive, solution‑oriented dialogue
Ground Rules

1. No promotion or selling.
2. Positivity & respect. Speak from a “How can we make this work?” mindset.
3. Come prepared. Bring one clear question or challenge and be ready to offer help.
4. Confidentiality. What’s shared in the room stays in the room.
5. Equal airtime. Each member gets 12‑15 min in a 3‑person breakout.
