Rachyl Kershaw is the founder of Greater Columbus Consulting, where she helps individuals feeling stuck in their careers determine how to leverage their skills and start living their greater purpose. A lifelong Buckeye with over 20 years of experience in Central Ohio, Rachyl specializes in simplifying complex challenges and empowering clients to take actionable steps toward personal and professional growth.
Known for her community organizing, Rachyl has worked on projects such as creating repeatable logistics playbooks for a variety of community events and adapting GiveBackHack to a global virtual format during the pandemic. She believes in the power of connection and that no one should navigate their journey alone.
In addition to her consulting work, Rachyl actively engages with the community as a board member at 934 Gallery, a volunteer-run nonprofit art gallery, and as Director of Operations at Tech Community Coalition, a fiscal sponsor of local tech meetup groups.
