December Meetup in Mannheim

Get ready for our last meetup in 2015 and enjoy excellent talks by experienced speakers.

How does a typical meetup with us look like? We usually meet at 6 pm (this time 7 pm) in the castle of University of Mannheim. Each meetup we have two or more excellent talks by amazing guest speakers from around the globe. There is plenty of room for discussions, open exchange, and networking!

#2 Big Data in the Finance Department – Trufa’s Approach to Next Generation Controlling Instruments, by Tobias Müller, Trufa

Big data as an enabler for process as well as financial excellence: ‘What are the Challenges?’, ‘What is required to achieve both?’ and ‘How does it work in real life?’.
Tobias Müller will provide his insights on the topic both as a doctorate candidate at the Institut for Business Intelligence of the Steinbeis Hochschule Berlin and a core developer of Trufa.

Please enter the castle through the western entrance from the Ehrenhof - NOT the main entrance. The room will be upstairs on the first floor.
