2A106: Can Agility Survive in Project Based Organization? with Kawaldeep Chadha

Many organizations are making a shift from the old school waterfall methodology to an agile based software development and delivery. A good number of these organizations are project driven and still continue to use this model. This talk will address the challenges to an agile transformation in this situation and it's chances of long term success. I will share an alternate approach that I recently applied with a Client organization and has proven to work very well. This has significantly increased the changes that Agility will not only stick but flourish.
