Globally, we're witnessing a decline in agile funded initiatives and transformations. In 2024, we've seen organizational layoffs and a decline for agility oriented roles. For instance, there's been a growing decline in hiring Scrum masters, agile coaches, delivery managers, agile PMs etc.
